Q: Do you accept returns?

When new stock arrives, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that each item meets our standards for quality and craftsmanship. Before shipping, we also do our best to individually check each item to ensure that it is in perfect condition.

Q: How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
A: We aim for all orders to be collected for shipment within 24-48 hours of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email informing you that your order is on its way, including the tracking number and link to track your parcel.

A: A pre-order is a way for Showaddywaddy fans to reserve an item before it is officially released or restocked. By pre-ordering, you secure the item before release, and you'll receive the item as soon as it becomes available.

Q: How do I know what size to buy at a Showaddywaddy gig?
A:  As we cannot accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased at gigs, it's important to make sure you get the right size whilst you're there. You can refer to the size guide here - or our merchandise ladies will be happy to help you find the perfect fit in person.
